(all excercises utilized tyler grips unless otherwise stated) Military press 45×5 95×5 135×5 165×5 185×5 175x5x2 CGBP 225×5 275×5 265x5x2 CG Floor press 135×3 225×2 245x2x2 Pullups 10×4 Leaning lateral Raises (no tyler grips) 40x10x3 Called it good there my right pec was tightening up a bit and it would suck to wreck all that solid work with a careless injury. Tomorrow will be active recovery prepping for my rep work deads day at the ABC on saturday…. ..
